A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Students may be experiencing an issue with a recent ChromeOS LTS version 144.0.7559.257 that prevents Core5, PowerUp, and Lexia English from operating properly on affected devices. The recommended resolution is a minor update to ChromeOS version 144.0.7559.258 or a later version. This update includes a fix that has resolved the issue for devices that have been updated.

We are investigating an issue where the webcam may not appear as expected when starting a Full Screen recording. Our team is actively working to identify and resolve the issue. Workaround: If your webcam does not appear, open the drawing tools, turn the camera off, and then turn it back on. The webcam should then display as expected. We’ll provide additional updates here as they become available.
